Each session is a confidential, supportive space where you’ll work with a licensed therapist to explore emotions, patterns, and goals. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate structured approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, or insight- oriented work. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are designed to help you grow emotionally, improve relationships, and develop tools to manage stress.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based therapy especially helpful for people experiencing intense emotions, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, or borderline personality traits. DBT focuses on four core areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It's especially effective for teens and adults who have difficulty managing stress, impulsivity, or self-worth.
Not at all. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to explore your emotional health, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to start. Many clients begin therapy just seeking clarity or support during a life transition. Our therapists will meet you where you are.
We are a private-pay practice. Fees vary depending on the service and provider, but we’re happy to provide transparent pricing during your consultation. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients find the flexibility and privacy of private pay valuable.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though some may shift to biweekly or more intensive support depending on their needs. Your therapist will collaborate with you on a plan that’s sustainable and effective for your goals.
Yes—your therapeutic relationship is central to your progress. If at any point you feel the fit isn’t right, we’ll work with you to match with another therapist within the practice. No awkward conversations—just support in finding the right person for your care.
At this time, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions. Many of our clients love the flexibility, privacy, and comfort of accessing care from home. In-person services may be offered in the future, and you can indicate your preference during your consultation.
